As a result of our extensive experience with laser processes, we have developed and built our own laser system that can be used to carry out the laser welding process.

We can individually customize each system constructed by us, in order to maximally adapt such a system to the process requirements and customer budget.


Our systems can be used for welding metals and plastics. The selection of the appropriate technology will depend on the implemented process.

The system can be delivered in both manual and automated versions. In the case of manual operation, we ensure its mobility. It can be modular, according to the needs, therefore it can be disassembled for transport. In the case of automated solutions, we will provide it with a head of the appropriate shape and adapted to use with any industrial robot. The head can be equipped with a vision system, in order to control the quality of the weld in real time.

Another customisation option for the system is its production in 2 versions:

– compact – which saves space

– extended – individual components can be serviced at the customer’s site

We can equip our systems with the possibility of remote access. In such a case, we are able to monitor the operating parameters of the device and support our customers even more efficiently in any unexpected situation.

As a manufacturer of industrial machines, we focus on easy integration of our system with other devices. It is the equipment created by integrators for integrators. Previously, when using systems from other manufacturers, we encountered various control related problems, which mainly pertained to the safety. Such problems have been eliminated in our system. Thanks to our integrative experience, we assure that the device delivered by us can be controlled in a manner consistent with the requirements of the Machinery Directive.
 

In today’s world, laser processes are the future – such processes are very stable, precise and repeatable. They are also environmentally friendly and have lower energy consumption than their current equivalents.
