Laser brazing and soldering is becoming an increasingly popular technology in the industry, as a result of strongly developing industry of electronics and e-mobility. Soldering, unlike welding, involves the use of an additional binder to connect two elements. The binder has a lower melting point than the joined elements, therefore, after melting with a laser beam, it fills the gap between the elements and connects them in a permanent manner. Automation of this process with the use of laser technology guarantees unprecedented possibilities of process adjustment and its very high repeatability.
