    Additive machining

Laser additive processing is commonly used in rapid industrial prototyping. The area of application is mainly focused on technologies related to the sintering of metal powders, thanks to which the prototypes obtained are characterized by very good mechanical properties. In addition, laser technology is used here in order to prototype the elements made of light-curing resins. Another possible application is covering the surface of metals with a protective layer, which improves their mechanical properties. The appropriate material in the form of a powder is fused with the hardened object, which results in a very durable and strong bond. Classic padding is also very often replaced by the laser process.
